  • North of Edmonoton:

     

    We bought 3 brand-new single-family houses just North of Edmonton for the price of $250,000 each. From the time we purchased the properties in Sep/06, to the time the deals closed in Apr/07, the price had increased to $360,000 each. Equity on day one for our 3 properties was $300,000.

  • West of Edmonton



    We bought over a dozen condos and townhouses in this complex. The purchase price was from $95,000 to $165,000. The current market value is over $200,000 per unit. The best part of this deal is that all the units are in the rental pool, therefore, we receive a steady flow of rental income.

  • In Edmonton City


    We purchased this Four-Plex directly from the builder in 2006 for $760,000. Fifteen months later, when the project was completed, the property had almost doubled in price. Current market value is over $1.3 million.

  • In Regina


    We bought this up and down legal duplex in 2007 at $120,000, within less than one year, this property has already appreciated to $170,000. With only 15% down, it is still cashflowing at net $200 per month.

     

  • In Regina


    This cute 2 bedroom house located in a nice area of town, was purchased for $75,000 in 2007. Currently you cannot find anything under $100,000 in this area.
