My wife, Meggie, and I just purchased our first investment property in Edmonton.  Selena had been very helpful every step of the way.  She helped us find great investment opportunities, negotiate with the seller, as well as arrange for inspection and renovation.  Selena is very proactive and diligent.  She always return our calls and emails immediately.  Also, it's great to work with her and her team as everyone on the team is familiar with our situation.  So there is no need for us to find insurance broker, property manager, lawyer, mortgage broker, and accountant separately.  It sure saves a lot of time and energy to work with a team of people that we can trust.
